How to Apply

Step 1:

Complete an application form for the Prairie Rose School Division International Student Program.

Step 2:


Please mail your completed, accurate application as well as:

  • A $300.00 non-refundable registration fee payable to Prairie Rose School Division
  • A copy of your birth certificate or passport
  • Two recent photographs of yourself
  • An English transcript of your marks for the past two years
  • A letter of intent stating your academic goals

Step 3:

Upon acceptance of your application, you will be notified to pay your full tuition. When your tuition is received we will provide you with a Letter of Acceptance to Prairie Rose School Division.

    Step 4:

    Upon receiving your letter of acceptance and proof of payment, apply for a student Visa from the Canadian High Commission in your country.

    Fill out the Homestay Application form or Custodian Declaration form. A $200.00 placement fee is required.

    Please note that you must have medical insurance during your stay in Canada. The purchase of medical insurance can be done in Canada. Please check with the program director when you arrive.
