DREAMS - Developing Redcliff Educational and Mental Health Supports

DREAMS is a community program based out of select schools in Prairie Rose School Division.

We are one of the Mental Health Capacity Building (MHCB) programs in Alberta funded by Alberta Health Services.

What do we do?

  • provide and deliver universal, sustainable positive mental health prevention and promotion programs to children, youth, families, school staff and communities while reducing the stigma of addiction and mental illness.
  • intervene early by facilitating access to mental health services for children, youth, parents and/or caregivers who are at greatest risk of (or are currently experiencing) addiction and mental health issues
  • collaborate and network with local community, school and health supports in order to enhance knowledge and access to existing and innovative services
